To achieve render parity between Substance Painter or Designer and Marmoset Toolbag (a real time render engine), use the following settings.
- Flip Y channel of the normal map and turn off sRGB Color Space (found in the settings of the normal map input [the gear icon].

- Put the roughness map into the Microsurface “Gloss” Map slot. Set gloss to “1.0”, set “Invert” to true, and turn off sRGB Color Space.

- Set the “Reflectivity” input to “Metalness” and place the metal texture into the metalness map slot. Turn “Metalness” to “1.0” and turn off sRGB Color Space.

- Add an “Extra” map and set it to “Occlusion”. You can input the Ambient Occlusion and Cavity maps (if using the advanced) here.
